Laundry Supervisor oversees the laundry operations for a catering establishment, ensuring clean and hygienic linens, uniforms, and other textiles are provided for events and daily operations. Here's a detailed job description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Laundry Operations Management: Supervises the laundry team, ensuring efficient and effective washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens, uniforms, and other textiles.

2. Quality Control: Conducts regular quality checks to ensure laundry meets high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

3. Inventory Management: Maintains accurate records of laundry supplies, linens, and uniforms, ordering replacements as needed.

4. Team Supervision: Trains, motivates, and disciplines laundry staff, ensuring they follow procedures and meet performance standards.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Ensures laundry equipment is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management.

6. Hygiene and Safety: Maintains a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

7. Event Support: Coordinates laundry services for events, ensuring timely delivery of clean linens and uniforms.

Requirements and Skills

1. Laundry or Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in laundry operations, hospitality, or a related field.
