Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated female candidate who is fluent in English to join our laundry team as an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all laundry and front desk operations, managing customer inquiries and orders, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow in our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer queries in English via telephone, WhatsApp or walk-in setting promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  • Take new orders and plan pick-ups and deliveries according to requested services.
  • Manage the staff by monitoring their attendance, monitoring their daily tasks and planning their schedules.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal ERP system. This includes data management related to orders and transactions, customer details, expenses, payments and receipts.
  • Share daily reports generated via our ERP system with the management team
  • Coordinate with laundry staff to ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the laundry space including the front desk area and lobby.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service operations or front desk management role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment. Experience working in the UAE service industry is a plus.
  • Experience in managing small teams is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems. Specific experience with BUSY (Business Accounting Software) is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of laundry services or experience in the laundry industry is a plus but not required.
