As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Laundry Manager and Laundry Supervisor. : Laundry Manager Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operations of the laundry department, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective laundry services. Monitor laundry equipment performance and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. Train and supervise laundry staff to uphold quality standards and productivity goals. Manage inventory of laundry supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in the laundry area. Laundry Supervisor Responsibilities: Assist the Laundry Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision, task assignment, and workflow management. Monitor laundry processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of linens and garments. Train new laundry staff on proper techniques and procedures. Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to laundry services, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and maintain a positive guest experience. Requirements: Proven experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role in a hospitality environment. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures. Proficiency in budget management and cost control. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management or related field. For Laundry Supervisor: Previous experience in a supervisory role in a laundry or hospitality setting. Solid understanding of laundry operations and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
