Your role will be included but not limited to:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens and uniforms
• Ensure all laundry tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of laundry staff
• Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure appropriate staffing levels and smooth workflow
• Implement and maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all linens and uniforms meet the hotel\'s quality and cleanliness standards
• Inspect and evaluate laundry processes to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate inventory records of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to order necessary supplies in a cost-effective manner
• Insure all laundry equipment are functioning at all time
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure that the laundry department complies with safety and health regulations
• Manage the laundry department budget effectively, controlling expenses while maintaining quality standards

Ideally, you\'ll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we\'re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and cleanliness
• Familiarity with laundry software and systems
