We are seeking a skilled and technical Lathe Operator, who brings an experienced background in joining metal using a variety of techniques, a spirit of a strong work ethic, and able to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Use lathe machines to shape materials.
- Understand and follow blueprints and instructions.
- Choose and set up tools and attachments.
- Adjust machine settings for cutting.
- Check parts with measuring tools.
- Fix any issues and maintain machines.
- Follow safety rules.
- Proficiency in operating lathe machines.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of machining principles.
- Skill in using measuring instruments.
- High level of accuracy in machining.
- Basic machine maintenance knowledge.
