Requirements: Experience in operating lathe machines in the steel industry : We are looking for a skilled Lathe Machine Operator specializing in steel manufacturing to join our team in the UAE. As a Lathe Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be operating lathe machines to shape and machine steel components. Your duties will include:
- Setting up and operating lathe machines to produce precision steel components according to specifications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
- Performing routine maintenance on lathe machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Monitoring machine operations, adjusting settings as needed, and inspecting finished products for quality.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhering to safety protocols, procedures, and quality standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Proven experience as a Lathe Machine Operator, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of lathe machine setup, tooling, and machining processes for steel materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in machining operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Lathe Machine Operating: 2 years (Preferred)
