Lath Machine Operator / Turner

Job Description

We are seeking a precise and skilled Lathe Machine Operator / Turner to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain lathe machines to shape metal and other materials according to technical specifications, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:



Set up and operate lathe machines to perform turning, drilling, threading, and other machining tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders. Measure and mark workpieces to ensure accuracy and alignment with specifications. Monitor machine operations and adjust settings for optimal performance. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on lathe machines and report any malfunctions. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. Proven experience as a lathe machine operator, turner, or similar role. Proficiency in using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong understanding of machine operations and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
