Operate laser welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications.
Set up and calibrate laser welding machines, including adjusting parameters such as power, speed, and beam focus.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Monitor welding process to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Conduct inspections of welded parts to detect defects or irregularities.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on laser welding machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary.
Keep detailed records of welding parameters, production output, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to optimize welding processes and improve product quality.
Experience & Education Qualifications:Expertise:2-3 Years proven experience operating laser welding equipment in a manufacturing environment.Minimum Qualification:Minimum: : High School Diploma or Equivalent or Welding Certification preferred.#HALCON
