Job Summary: The Laser Technician at Qamar Al Madina Medical Center LLC specializes in providing laser and light-based treatments for various dermatological and aesthetic concerns. This role requires DHA eligibility and expertise in using laser devices for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other cosmetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Consultations and Assessments:
• Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess skin concerns and desired treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients about laser treatment options, benefits, and potential risks.
• Laser and Light-Based Procedures:
• Perform laser hair removal treatments using appropriate laser systems and techniques.
• Administer laser therapies for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, and vascular lesions.
• Safety and Protocol Adherence:
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for laser use, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality, following manufacturer specifications.
• Patient Preparation and Aftercare:
• Prepare patients for laser procedures, including skin preparation and topical anesthesia application if needed.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up appointments as necessary.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient confidentiality.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Collaborate with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in other aesthetic procedures and treatments as directed by supervising physicians.
• Continuing Education and Professional Development:
• Stay updated on the latest laser technologies, treatment techniques, and safety protocols.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification or diploma in Laser Technology or Medical Aesthetics.
• Valid license or certification as a Laser Technician with DHA eligibility in Dubai, UAE.
• Proven experience as a Laser Technician in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Proficiency in operating laser devices for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other cosmetic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, laser physics, and light-based therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality aesthetic services.
