We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated LASER TAG ARENA ATTENDANT to join our dynamic team in our entertainment facility, where you will immerse guests in an exceptional gaming experience, with a particular focus on Arcade Action Shooting Games.
- Welcome and assist customers, providing outstanding interactive service.
- Familiarize guests with the Laser Tag arena, explaining game rules and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and manage capacity within the time slots to optimize customer experience.
- Host and coordinate various events, including birthday parties, school trips, and corporate/team outings.
- Actively monitor and manage the safety of customers.
- Manage transactions using point of sale (POS) system.
- Flexibility to work during the busy periods, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
- Passion for gaming, specifically Arcade Action Shooting Games.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Physical fitness to engage in energetic activities.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures and training standards.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Arabic & English (Required)
