\xc2\xb7 Set up and operate laser cutting machines and CNC machines according to job specifications. \xc2\xb7 Load raw materials and prepare machines for operation. \xc2\xb7 Program machines based on blueprints and technical drawings. \xc2\xb7 Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality. \xc2\xb7 Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files. \xc2\xb7 Understand dimensions, tolerances, and material properties required for each job. \xc2\xb7 Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all products meet specified tolerances and quality standards. \xc2\xb7 Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in the final product. \xc2\xb7 Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
