:Landscape InspectorAbu DhabiParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape Inspector to join our team! In this role you will get to supervise construction of landscape projects.What You\'ll Be Doing:Ensure that all construction works related to soft and hard landscaping are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.Conduct site inspections to ensure that landscape construction is progressing according to approved plans and specifications. Verify that grading, planting, irrigation, and other landscape elements are installed correctly and in compliance with the design.Ensure that all landscape installations adhere to local codes, zoning regulations and environmental ordinances. Verify that the project meets accessibility and safety standards.Review and analyze landscape plans, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. Verify that all required permits and approvals are in place before construction begins.Monitor the quality of materials used in landscape construction as well as identify and address any deviations from the approved plans or specifications.Collaborate with other inspectors, contractors, landscape architects, and project managers to address issues and ensure smooth project progression.Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photos, reports and any non-compliance issues.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Agriculture or equivalent. Equivalency certificate issued from Ministry of Education UAE is mandatory.Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in all aspects of landscaping/irrigation construction supervision in large Landscape projects.Ability to read working drawings and related specifications, and capable of enforcing such specifications and regulations.Demonstrate knowledge of Authorities regulations and standards.Experience working on ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) project and/or DMT Projects is preferred. * Good knowledge about irrigation system and techniques.What Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access and maintain records, generate reports, etc.Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to interact effectively with project team.Ability to guide other team members wherever needed.Proactive approach in working with Project team.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
