Job Description

Team Supervision : Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality landscaping work.

Landscaping Maintenance : Oversee the upkeep of gardens, lawns, shrubs, trees, and other landscaped areas. This includes mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, weeding, and irrigation maintenance.

Project Management : Plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish.

Equipment Management : Ensure the proper maintenance and safe use of landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, and blowers). Responsible for reporting and arranging repairs for malfunctioning equipment.

Safety and Compliance : Ensure that landscaping operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards. Promote safe work practices and provide team members with training and guidance on safety procedures.

Record Keeping : Document work completed, track materials used, and maintain accurate records of daily tasks, labor hours, and other relevant information.

Quality Control : Monitor the quality of landscaping work, ensuring it meets company standards and client specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and assessments.
