Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Landscape Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to **oversee landscape design and construction, ensuring compliance with standards and integration into the overall project.**

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Project Oversight: Manage the planning, design, installation, and commissioning of landscape elements for construction projects.

+ Coordination: Work closely with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all electrical work aligns with overall project goals.

+ Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with local regulations and industry standards.

+ Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to guarantee high standards in all electrical work.

+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to electrical systems and develop mitigation strategies.

+ Budget Management: Monitor budgets related to landscape components of the project to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

+ Scheduling: Develop detailed schedules for landscape works that align with overall project timelines.

+ Reporting: Provide regular updates on the status of landscape work including progress reports on milestones achieved against planned targets as well as financial performance metrics such as budget adherence or cost overruns.

+ Scoping for Design Consultants and Design Management: Assist in the preparation of scoping documents for design consultants and manage design-related tasks effectively.

+ Design Review and Construction Management Tasks: Participate in design review processes and oversee construction management tasks to ensure seamless execution from planning through completion.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture and preferably hold a PMP certification

+ 15 years of experience in large landscape projects, including design and construction, with expertise in codes, plant material supervision, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and hardscape/softscape features.

+ Demonstrate PMCM experience

+ At least 5 years of experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.

+ Experience on large leisure-oriented masterplans with golf courses is preferable.

+ Experience in arid terrain and the suitability of plant material.

+ Experience in urban design & supervision including high-end commercial landscapes.

+ Experience in preparation of reports and submissions with conceptual elements.

+ Advanced proficiency in relevant software including Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and contemporary digital imagery software.

+ Ability to interpret complex contract documents including plans, specifications, and shop drawings

+ Ability to make recommendations on engineering problems, and review drawings, specifications, and installations for constructability.
