We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Irrigation Landscape Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for irrigation and landscaping projects by analyzing project requirements, conducting site visits, and collaborating with clients, suppliers, and project teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and site plans to prepare accurate cost estimates for irrigation and landscape projects.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, including water sources, soil conditions, and existing irrigation systems.
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing for irrigation components such as pumps, pipes, sprinklers, and controllers.
• Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals, ensuring they align with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on the latest irrigation technologies, materials, and cost trends to provide value-engineered solutions.
• Work closely with project managers and landscape architects to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local water regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, project costs, and historical data for future reference.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and financial forecasting as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Irrigation Landscape Estimator or similar role in the landscaping or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including drip irrigation, sprinkler systems, and water conservation techniques.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, HydroCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients and suppliers.
• Knowledge of local irrigation regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial and residential irrigation projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable landscaping practices and irrigation automation systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, soil reports, and landscape plans accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
