:Landscape EngineerDubai, UAEParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape Engineer to join our team!What You\'ll Be Doing:Performs well-defined field engineering assignments related to Hard and Soft Landscaping Works related to the Project.Review of design and primarily involving constructability and conflicts, review and approval of shop drawings, technical submittals, materials and concepts.Review of prequalification of Contractor/Subcontractors and selection of material and obtaining Authority approvals as and when required.Maintains first-level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work within his/her discipline is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards.Assists construction personnel with general technical details.Provides resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline; coordinates application of solutions.Reviews and interprets discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct technical execution of the work.Establishes and maintains liaison with the discipline design engineering staff. Monitors discipline construction schedules and assists in progress appraisal.Ensures that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Bachelor degree in Civil/Agricultural/ Landscape Engineering from an accredited University.Minimum 7 years of landscaping (hardscape / softscape), recreational and irrigation work experience, particularly in irrigation network installation, within UAE or GCC countries.Fundamental knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as good written and oral communication skills.Construction Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability expertiseInternational and Local Authority Standards and Statutory requirement in the field of specilisation,Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
