Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Draftsman with experience in designing landscape layouts, irrigation systems, and swimming pools for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software, with a strong understanding of local regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create detailed landscape and swimming pool drawings using CAD software.
? Prepare 2D & 3D technical drawings , layouts, and shop drawings for landscape and irrigation designs.
? Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to develop accurate technical drawings.
? Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations and industry standards .
? Revise and update drawings based on client or consultant feedback.
? Assist in material selection and technical documentation for landscaping and swimming pool projects.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape and swimming pool drafting .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software .
- Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and swimming pool design .
- Experience working on GCC/UAE projects is preferred.
- Must be locally available in UAE for immediate joining.
