Job Summary:

The Landscape Draftsman is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for landscaping projects. This role requires a thorough understanding of landscape design principles, proficiency in drafting software, and the ability to work closely with landscape architects and project managers to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Landscape Designing.

? Preparation of shop drawing such as soft landscape layout, Irrigation layout, Hard landscape layout, Section Details, utilities layout etc. Coordination with interface, planning department and quantity servers for work in progress report drawings, Document control work and quantity take off. Preparation of CTI, TQ etc.

? Soft landscaping: o Preparing drawing as coordinated, putting codinates to trees, shrubs, groundcovers etc. with coordinated with site engineers. Preparation of planting details for trees, shrubs etc. levels, planting schedule.

? Irrigation: o Designing drawings with coordinating with Irrigation design engineer. Preparing drawing as codinated, putting coordinates to irrigation main line, lateral line, drip, bubblers, tying points, valve chamber locations etc. with coordinated with site engineers. Preparation of details of Valve chambers, details for road crossing sleeves.

? Hard landscape: o Preparing drawing as codinated, putting codinates to wall and other items coming under hardscape such as aggregate gravel, path, many types of walls. Preparing level drawing, details etc.

? Utilities: o Preparing shop drawing with codinates. With respect to existing utilities and visible wanted structures adjusting soft landscape, hard landscape and irrigation.
