Job Summary:

The Landscape Draftsman is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for landscaping projects. This role requires a thorough understanding of landscape design principles, proficiency in drafting software, and the ability to work closely with landscape architects and project managers to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and plans for landscaping projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

Site Analysis: Conduct site analysis to determine the existing conditions and potential challenges for the landscape design.

Collaboration: Work closely with landscape architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide technical support.

Material Specification: Assist in the selection and specification of materials, plants, and other elements used in the landscape design.

Compliance: Ensure all drawings and plans comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.

Revisions and Updates: Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from the design team or changes in project scope.

Documentation: Maintain organized project files, including all drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather information, verify measurements, and assess project progress.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape drafting, preferably in the UAE or GCC region and

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting and design software.

Strong understanding of landscape construction techniques and materials.

Knowledge of local landscaping regulations and standards in Dubai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
