Job Description

We are looking for experienced landscape designer with good knowledge in landscape Projects.

Responsibilities

Preparation of presentations for 3D concept designs. and 2D sketches. Create accurate and detailed 3D designs, drawings based on specifications and project requirements. Utilize AutoCAD to develop comprehensive technical drawings that adhere to industry standards. Development of detailed design drawing as per the concept design. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accuracy of early design work Assist with local developer & authority regulatory requirements Maintain all project related files and drawings Presentation of marketing content., Poster etc. Generate design development ideas Ensure design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations Liaise with design & operations departments to coordinate project details & regulations Produce renderings, illustrations, and construction documents to support design concepts

Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of landscape design principles and construction techniques Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop & Microsoft Word Excellent communications and presentation skills Must be a team player who is well organized, detail oriented, focused, design driven, accurate and able to meet deadlines under pressure
