Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site analysis to assess the topography, soil quality, drainage, and other site-specific factors.

- Evaluate existing vegetation and structures that may impact the design.

- Develop initial design concepts that align with the client's vision and site conditions.

- Present sketches, drawings, or digital renderings to illustrate design ideas.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate landscape design with overall project plans.

- Create detailed plans, including plant selections, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems.

- Integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into landscape designs.

- Select plant species that are suitable for the local climate and promote biodiversity.

- Provide clients with accurate cost estimates for the implementation of the proposed landscape designs.

- Work within budget constraints to optimize the design without compromising quality.

- Oversee the implementation of landscape projects, working closely with contractors and ensuring designs are executed as planned.

- Monitor project timelines and address any issues that may arise during construction.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns.

- Incorporate client feedback into the design process as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape architecture or a related field.
• Landscape Design: 2 years- 3 years in UAE (Required)
• 3D Rendering: 2 years (Required)
• Proven experience in landscape design and project management.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of plant species, hardscape materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with local zoning regulations and environmental guidelines.

- Ability to create 3D models and visualizations.

- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
