We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated self-starter landscape designer to join our design team. The landscape designer will be responsible for following up on the design activity and the development of the landscape projects providing technical expertise and coordination with the different architects and disciplines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop creative and sustainable landscape designs tailored to client needs and site conditions, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Reviews landscape designs with the consultants.

Prepares conceptual sketches and designs.

Coordination of landscaping works with associated engineering systems

Prepares landscape design and construction documents.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape designs seamlessly into broader development projects.

Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software, presenting clear visual communication for project stakeholders.

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that landscaping projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.

Select appropriate plants and materials based on local climate, soil conditions, and maintenance requirements to promote longevity and sustainability.

Oversee the installation of landscape projects, providing guidance to teams and ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.

Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, communicating design concepts and project progress effectively.

Address client feedback and concerns throughout the design and implementation process, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in landscape design, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite, essential for creating compelling visual designs.

Strong understanding of horticulture, including plant identification and ecological principles, to inform design choices.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in designs and project management.
