Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Construction Manager to oversee and manage landscape construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in landscape construction, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve project goals efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise and lead construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape construction management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale landscape projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
