Job Description

: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Landscape CAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and detailed landscape drawings using CAD software. This role involves collaborating with landscape architects and other team members to produce high-quality design documents and construction plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed landscape drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software.
• Collaborate with landscape architects to develop design concepts and construction documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for drawings.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date CAD files and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, CAD Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a landscape draftsman.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
