Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape BIM Architect located in Dubai. The Landscape BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIM) for landscape architectural projects. They will work closely with architects, landscape designers, and engineers to ensure the accurate integration and coordination of landscape design elements within the BIM environment, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field

2 to 5 years of experience as a BIM Architect, with specific experience in landscape architecture projects

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Previous experience working in a reputable company within the architecture, landscape, or construction industry

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, with skills in visualization software like Lumion or Enscape as a plus

Strong understanding of landscape design principles, BIM processes, and construction documentation

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for landscape BIM implementation and coordination

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing BIM models and landscape documentation
