Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape BIM Architect located in Dubai. The Landscape BIM Architect will be responsible for utilizing building information modeling (BIM) software to create and manage digital representations of landscape architecture projects. They will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce accurate and detailed drawings and models for building and construction projects.

Responsibilities

Create and manage architectural content as per guidelines, ensuring high-quality submission sets and graphical control

Utilize advanced Revit skills; proficiency in Lumion/Enscape is a plus

Support and assist Directors/Head of Landscape Architecture with daily operational functions

Prepare project design and documentation, technically supervise, and execute quality works according to proposals

Enhance the drafting standards of the company

Responsible for creative design for the conceptualization of landscaping inside and outside buildings and other specified project areas

Coordinate plans and drawings directly with clients via email

Assist Directors in promoting and marketing Engisoft's services

Research advanced techniques by attending promotional events and seminars

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

2 to 4 years of experience as a BIM Architect, preferably with a focus on landscape architecture

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Previous experience working in a reputable company within the architecture or construction industry

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools; Lumion/Enscape skills are an added benefit

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation

Knowledge of project coordination and collaboration using BIM methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing BIM models and construction documents
