:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape Architect to join our team! In this role you will get to work with the supervision and construction team of the New Parks and Streetscape Projects in Abu DhabiWhat You\'ll Be Doing:Review and approve design submissions, ensuring they meet contract deliverables and providing feedback for improvement.Contract administration of projects.Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Irrigation Designers, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Master planners and Quantity Surveyors.Provide routine liaison with Clients and Clients representatives.Prepare contracts within budget requirements and provide accurate costing information to the client or quantity surveyors.Develop maintenance plans for completed sites.Maintain affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of technologies.Demonstrate a solid understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited University or College program. Equivalency certificate issued from Ministry of Education (UAE) is preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape architecture, supervision and design management, focusing on large-scale projects.Minimum 4-5 years of continuous experience in landscape architecture preferably in Parks and Streetscape.Knowledge in design aesthetic and technical components of landscape architecture.An understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards.Knowledge in industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.An understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods and their influence on design decisions.Demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative approach to Landscape Architecture within the design team.Proficient technical skills and efficiencies in both standard and specialist computer programs such as Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Create Suite, Land FX, and MS office suite programs.What Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:Familiarity with local regulations, ADQCC, landscape codes, and construction practices in Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience working on high-profile, large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders.Professional certification in Landscape Architecture or design management.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
