Looking for Real Estate Listing Coordinator - Mostly Female Applicants
with 2 years in experience working in this field.
Description:
• Prepare listing information, obtain necessary signatures for listing agreements, and manage the marketing portals.
• Publish and promote property listings on various online channels (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc...)
• Should have related experience in listing in Real Estate in Abu Dhabi.
• Should be flexible, be able to multi-task, and adapt to ever-changing business needs
• Should be a self-motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have the ability to work effectively in a complex, demanding, fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Has attention to detail and accuracy, always takes the initiative to contribute to tasks
• Should have excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
• Manage to make paper works for the deals.
• Coordinate and negotiate with landlords and owners who are interested to sell or rent their properties.
• Negotiate the prices with the landlord and owner to sell or rent properties.
• Coordinate with leasing agents and marketing about available properties for sale/rent to be posted on property portals to get leads.
• Manage viewing appointments for properties listed.
