Conduct thorough site surveys to capture accurate measurements and verify design details. Produce detailed technical drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using CAD software (AutoCAD, 3DMax, MicroStation). Interpret and analyze survey data to create visual representations that meet both industry and project-specific standards. Review and ensure that all technical drawings comply with current industry standards, engineering processes, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs reflect site conditions and construction progress. Revise and update drawings based on site changes and feedback. Maintain accurate records of survey data, drawings, and revisions. Assist in preparing comprehensive survey reports, technical documentation, and, where required, environmental impact assessments. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines. Work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Utilize knowledge of environmental impact assessments, land use planning, and sustainable land management practices as needed. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Drafting, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' practical experience in land surveying and technical drawing production, with demonstrable experience in Abu Dhabi. Proven proficiency in CAD software; AutoCAD certification or equivalent is preferred. Strong understanding of survey methodologies, measurement techniques, topographic mapping, and site plan analysis. Familiarity with local Abu Dhabi regulations and construction practices is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license for regular site visits. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
