Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing site layouts, and ensuring

accurate measurements to support construction activities. The role requires expertise in

surveying equipment, data analysis, and coordination with project teams to ensure precision in

site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using Total Station, GPS,

Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.

? Prepare and review survey reports, maps, and drawings.

? Verify and establish control points and benchmarks for construction projects.

? Ensure accuracy of site measurements and alignment with project specifications.

? Work closely with engineers, architects, and site supervisors to provide necessary

survey data.

? Maintain and update survey records, reports, and documentation.

? Identify discrepancies in site conditions and propose corrective measures.

? Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE surveying

standards.

? Supervise and guide junior surveyors and survey assistants as needed.

Requirements:

? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

? 5+ years of experience as a land surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in

Dubai.

? Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications.

? Strong knowledge of UAE land survey laws and construction regulations.

? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

? Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
