Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed land surveys using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS etc. Establish accurate property boundaries and provide essential survey data for real estate transactions and construction projects. Produce topographic maps and survey drawings that highlight land features and guide project planning and installation. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide accurate data for the installation of composite structures and components. Analyze previous survey data, maps, and historical records to verify boundary information and legal descriptions. Ensure all surveys comply with local, national, and industry regulations. Conduct on-site measurements and stakeout activities to assist in the proper placement and installation of fiberglass products. Prepare detailed reports, legal land descriptions, and maps for clients and internal use.

Total Station ( Sokkia, Lieca, Trimple, Nikon) Auto Level G P S ( Lieca, Trimble Tsc-3)
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience in working on construction or manufacturing projects involving composite components or similar materials.
