Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our infrastructure construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing detailed reports, and providing accurate data to support our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys on various sites for infrastructure projects.
• Provide survey calculations, measurements, and data analysis.
• Utilize surveying tools and equipment (e.g., total station, GPS, level, etc.).
• Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
• Ensure that surveys comply with legal and safety requirements.
• Manage survey records and related documentation.
• Identify potential issues and offer solutions to ensure project accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying in the GCC region (experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools, techniques, and software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, maps, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different project sites.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
