Are you an experienced Land Surveyor looking for your next exciting challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional with a proven background in surveying, technical due diligence, building condition audits, and project management to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed land and building surveys with accuracy and precision.
• Perform technical due diligence, building condition surveys, reserve fund studies.
• Expertise in cost allocation, reinstatement cost assessments, and life cycle costing.
• Execute defect analysis, energy audits, and building structure assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, RERA, and RICS standards.
• Develop client relationships and manage projects from initiation to completion.
Qualifications:
• Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in UAE.
• Strong proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management platforms.
• UAE Driving License.
