Boundary Identification: Determine and mark property boundaries, easements, and rights-of-way, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and property deeds.
Construction Layout: Assist in the planning and layout of construction projects by establishing reference points, lines, and grades on the ground, facilitating accurate execution of engineering designs.
Topographic Surveys: Perform topographic surveys to identify natural and man-made features of a landscape, including elevations, slopes, and drainage patterns, essential for engineering design and land development.
Control Point Establishment: Establish control points to provide a reliable reference system for surveying activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy in measurements across different projects.
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze survey data using specialized software to compute measurements, generate reports, and create detailed drawings and plans for engineering projects.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing land surveying practices, including environmental regulations and safety guidelines.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide professional advice on surveying-related matters.
Fieldwork Management: Organize and supervise field survey crews, ensuring efficient and safe execution of surveying tasks according to project schedules and quality standards.
