  • Land Measurement and Mapping: Conduct precise measurements of land boundaries, contours, and features using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and drones. Create accurate maps and plats based on collected data.
  • Boundary Identification: Determine and mark property boundaries, easements, and rights-of-way, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and property deeds.
  • Construction Layout: Assist in the planning and layout of construction projects by establishing reference points, lines, and grades on the ground, facilitating accurate execution of engineering designs.
  • Topographic Surveys: Perform topographic surveys to identify natural and man-made features of a landscape, including elevations, slopes, and drainage patterns, essential for engineering design and land development.
  • Control Point Establishment: Establish control points to provide a reliable reference system for surveying activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy in measurements across different projects.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze survey data using specialized software to compute measurements, generate reports, and create detailed drawings and plans for engineering projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing land surveying practices, including environmental regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide professional advice on surveying-related matters.
  • Fieldwork Management: Organize and supervise field survey crews, ensuring efficient and safe execution of surveying tasks according to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of survey activities, including field notes, data files, and survey reports, to support legal documentation and project documentation requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advances in surveying technology, techniques, and regulations through professional development activities such as training seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and discrepancies encountered during surveying operations, employing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Hail: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
  • UAE Civil: 3 years (Required)
