About the job Land SurveyorGeneral Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and measurements to establish accurate reference points and benchmarks.
• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, field notes, and records.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted on-site.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of survey data.
• Interpret and utilize survey data to support construction activities and project requirements.
• Prepare as-built surveys and reports to document completed works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Assist in resolving survey discrepancies and technical issues on-site.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS, and GIS).
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
