Hi ,

We are looking for land surveyor with landscape project experience .

Must have Min 3 to 4 years experience in UAE

Job roles :

• Perform detailed land surveys to measure distances, angles, elevations, and contours.
• Produce accurate topographic maps and diagrams to be used by landscape designers and architects
• Establish or re-establish property boundaries based on legal descriptions and historical data
• Evaluate and report on existing land conditions, including soil composition, water drainage, vegetation, and potential obstacles.
• Advise on the feasibility of landscaping plans based on land conditions and legal boundaries
• Process field data to create digital models, maps, and layouts.
• Analyze data and work with designers to adjust landscaping plans as necessary.
• Communicate survey results to landscape architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure all surveys comply with local and national regulations and standards.
• Prepare legal descriptions and reports for land use permits, zoning, and construction.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order.
• Safeguard and manage all tools and equipment on-site.
• Ensure clients are fully informed of any legal or practical limitations on land use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
