Land Surveyor
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveying and setting out tasks, analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating with various teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Surveying and Setting Out: Conduct field surveys to measure land and establish property boundaries. Perform setting out of construction projects, ensuring accurate positioning of structures and features.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze survey data, using software and tools to produce accurate reports and drawings. Ensure the integrity and precision of all data used for planning and construction.
• Coordination and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any surveying issues. Provide technical advice and recommendations to address challenges on-site.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in construction or civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of surveying techniques, tools, and software.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
