Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land boundaries, analyzing survey data, and providing critical support to construction, engineering, and land development projects. This role requires precision, expertise in surveying equipment and software, and strong analytical skills.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the contracting sector.
• Very good command of English (reading & writing)
• Strong exposure to HSEQ regulations

Additional qualifications:

• Experience with other UAE government work/entities (ex. FEWA, ADWEA, ADDC, UAE Armed Forces, DEWA, Municipality) a strong asset

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain surveying instruments, including GPS devices, total stations, and levels.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey maps, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure surveys comply with local regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to provide accurate data for project planning and execution.
• Reports the day-to-day operations and finalized tasks to the Project Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
