Job Description

• Conduct site surveys and setting-out works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Liaise with consultant representatives to ensure all survey works meet project requirements and are approved as needed.
• Monitor the accuracy and functionality of survey equipment, ensuring valid calibration certificates are maintained.
• Maintain detailed logs of control points and survey work as the project progresses.
• Perform land surveys for identifying property boundaries and ownership, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide support for field measurement, layout, and data collection.
• Prepare and oversee initial baseline and control surveys, including the recovery and removal of survey monuments.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate accurate As-Built drawing preparation and submission.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in land surveying, preferably in the UAE.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in surveying tools and software, including AutoCAD, Total Station, and GPS equipment.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and survey techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities to liaise effectively with project teams and consultants.
• Additional Requirements:
• Familiarity with UAE construction and surveying standards.
• Valid calibration certificates for survey equipment.
