• Machine Setup and Operation
• Set up and calibrate lamination machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Load materials (e.g., paper, film) and ensure proper alignment and positioning for the lamination process.
• Operate lamination machines, monitor the process, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly.
• Quality Control
• Perform regular quality checks on laminated products to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect materials before, during, and after the lamination process to identify defects, inconsistencies, or issues with adhesion.
• Record production data and quality control results for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Conduct routine maintenance on lamination machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or necessary repairs to the Production Manager or maintenance team.
• Safety and Compliance
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery.
• Follow established protocols for handling and disposing of materials, chemicals, and waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.
• Collaboration and Reporting
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely production completion.
• Assist in training new operators and other staff on lamination processes and machine operation.
• Assist with inventory control of materials used in lamination.
