Lamination line- Layup room Operator: Minimum 3+ Years, Must be ITI / Diploma
• To ensure the proper working conditions of the Glass lamination & Autoclaving
• To ensure Lamination/Autoclaving M/C, Tools, racks, trolleys & Working area are maintained.
• To ensure M/C Running Smoothly without any Delay
• To check the glass for visual defects like Size, Waviness, Bend, Stones, Coating, chips ,scratches ,Dust etc While laminating
• To check the glass for visual defects like Dearing ,Bubbles, Over Heating, Stones, Chips Hairs & Dust Inside,, scratches , Mismatching etc After laminating /Autoclaving.
• To ensure each glass have Proper Separators application.
