Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team . As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the efficient operation of our studio. This is a key role that ensures the smooth flow of goods in and out of our stores and facilities.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all spare parts in the inventory.
Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess or obsolete parts.
Conduct regular inventory checks and update records accordingly.

Ordering and Procurement: Identify and order spare parts based on demand and stock levels.
Ensure timely delivery of parts and verify their quality and quantity upon receipt.

Storage and Organization: Safely store spare parts in designated storage areas to prevent damage or deterioration.
Implement a systematic organization system (e.g., FIFO - First In, First Out) to ensure older parts are used before newer ones.
Label and categorize parts for easy retrieval and tracking.

Quality Control: Inspect incoming spare parts for quality and authenticity.
Ensure that spare parts meet industry standards and specifications.
Dispose of damaged or substandard parts according to company policies.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and costs as needed.

Security and Safety: Implement security measures to prevent theft or unauthorized access to the spare parts inventory.
Ensure that safety guidelines and regulations are followed when handling hazardous materials or parts.

Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to understand their spare parts requirements.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Cost Management: Work towards cost-saving initiatives, such as optimizing inventory levels and negotiating better prices.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
