Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate who is fluent in Telugu and Gujarati to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the jewelry industry and be able to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our jewelry products.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current jewelry trends and collections.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Fluent in Telugu and Gujarati; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
