Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including waiters/waitresses and host/hostesses, to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Coordinate and oversee dining room operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Schedule shifts and manage payroll to optimize staffing levels and labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational requirements.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and enhance restaurant visibility.
• Utilize fluency in Russian, Italian, or French to communicate effectively with multilingual guests and facilitate seamless service.
• Train and develop staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, and other operational metrics for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Fluent in Russian, Italian, or French, with excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus.
• Certification in food handling and safety is preferred.
