Job Requirements:
Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
Handling of incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence
Providing support for events and exhibitions as required
Assist with the collection of information for promotional literature and marketing activities
Develop good relationships with existing and potential members/clients.
Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone, or via e-mail
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times
Skills
Minimum possess Certificate/Diploma in any related discipline
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic Speaker
Highly-motivated, confident, able to work independently, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Required skill(s): MS Office, have knowledge of social media marketing or sales and editing
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
