Job Overview:

The Lady Private Driver is responsible for providing personal driving services to individuals or families, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation experience. This role involves driving the employer or their family members to various destinations, managing vehicle maintenance, and offering excellent customer service with professionalism and discretion. The Lady Private Driver must maintain high safety standards, be reliable, and respect the privacy of the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and Efficient Driving: Transport the employer, their family, or guests to appointments, events, and other destinations safely and efficiently, following all traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
• Personalized Service: Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the employer and passengers throughout the journey.
• Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes, using navigation tools and local knowledge to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is always in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and routine maintenance checks. Report any mechanical issues and arrange repairs as needed.
• Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer's personal life, schedule, and any private information.
• Timely Pickups and Drop-offs: Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of the employer and other passengers, managing time effectively to accommodate the employer's schedule.
• Safety and Security: Prioritize the safety of the employer and passengers, ensuring that all vehicle safety features are used (e.g., seatbelts, child seats) and maintaining awareness of potential risks or hazards on the road.
• Luggage and Errands: Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages, and, if required, run personal errands such as picking up groceries, packages, or documents.
• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the employer to coordinate schedules, changes, and any specific requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or private driver.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic laws.
• Strong focus on safety, security, and reliability.
• Professional, courteous, and discreet with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctuality.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Physical fitness to assist with luggage or errands if required.
• Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to navigate busy or challenging driving conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a private or family driver.
• Experience driving high-end vehicles or luxury cars.
• Familiarity with modern GPS systems and other navigation tools.
• Prior experience working with families, children.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
