We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Ladies Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon, ensure the highest standards of service, and lead a team of stylists and support staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salon Operations: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensure that all equipment is in working order.
• Customer Service: Ensure that every client receives a superior experience from the moment they walk in until they leave. Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train a team of stylists and other salon personnel. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Sales & Marketing: Drive sales by promoting salon services and retail products to clients. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Budgeting & Financials: Manage the salon's budget, ensure profitability, and monitor expenses. Work with the management team to set financial targets and sales goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that the salon adheres to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards, including COVID-19 protocols if applicable.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage ordering of supplies and products, and track usage to ensure cost efficiency.
• Staffing & Recruitment: Assist in hiring and onboarding new staff members as needed. Maintain adequate staffing levels to meet client demand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a salon management or supervisory role, preferably in a ladies' salon or beauty industry.
• Knowledge of beauty services, hair, skin, nails, and products.
