Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our ladies' apparel range, including new arrivals, trends, and product features.
• Provide personalized styling advice and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service and effective selling techniques.
• Manage inventory, including restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and campaigns.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in ladies' apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• A keen eye for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
