Job Description
We are seeking experienced Road Construction Laborers with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in road construction projects. As a Road Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, responsible for various manual tasks to ensure the smooth progress of road infrastructure projects. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the successful completion of our construction endeavors. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a laborer in road construction or a related field. Knowledge of basic construction principles, tools, and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project needs. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation to the job site is a plus. Salary: The original salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
