Job Title: Labour Camp Boss

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Labour Camp Boss to oversee the day-to-day operations of our labour camp, ensuring a safe, healthy, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Camp Operations:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of the labour camp

Oversee maintenance of camp facilities, including housing, laundry, and recreational areas

Ensure all camp equipment and infrastructure are in good working order

Safety and Security:

Ensure labour employees comply with company safety procedures

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and report to HR for corrective action

Enforce company safety policies and procedures

Labour Management:

Resolve conflicts and issues between labourers, documenting records for HR reporting

Communication:

Maintain open communication with labourers, supervisors, and stakeholders on camp operations and issues

Provide regular updates to HR on camp operations and concerns

Other:

Suggest strategies to improve camp efficiency

Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 3+ years in a similar role (Labour Camp Boss or equivalent)

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Labour Camp Boss or equivalent: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
